“Strategic positioning of wearable
technology for external investors”
Over a 9 months period IMS partnered with Vasgard Medical, an innovative start-up medical company with a patented solution for the proctive management of varicose veins . Our deliverables included the development of a marketing and channel development strategy which evaluated the options of online, distribution and strategic partner development. We assisted in the development of research briefs and analysis of customer feedback and validation, worked closely with the company founders in the development of the value proposition and design of all initial brand identity materials including logo, website and collateral materials. Finally, we also worked closely with the company in the preparation of investor-ready presentations to strategic investors.
Over a 12 month period, our work supported the company in meeting all market validation milestones and in the development of a commercialisation startegy for their technology. Vasgard are currently in discussions with a number of strategic investors who will assist with the scaling of the business. These discussions are ongoing and are expected to reach a successful conclusion.
