IMS Marketing has ambitious growth objectives in the next 3-5 years and is seeking an experienced and similarly ambitious Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Sales:

  • Development and execution of sales plans which will generate a new business pipeline for the business.
  • Management and reporting of all sales opportunities in a systematic way through the company CRM system.
  • Work with our Client Services team to identify opportunities to upsell additional services offerings to our existing client base.

Marketing:

  • Development and implementation of marketing plans which maintain a high degree of brand awareness for our company and services.
  • Proactively manage our website and social media presence.
  • Work with our in-house digital and creative teams to develop promotional campaigns which support the brand awareness and sales objectives of the business.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • B2B Industry Experience – end market experience ideally in one or more of the following industries: MedTech, software, fintech, manufacturing and engineering technologies.
  • Proven track record in the planning and execution of high growth business development and sales plans.
  • Experience in the preparation and delivery of high-value sales pitches
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, preferably with a 3rd level degree in Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team.

Other Requirements:

  • Own car with a clean driving licence (mileage expenses will be provided for all client-related travel)

Location:

  • Candidates may choose to remote work from their home office but will need to have the ability to attend our company office in Oranmore, Galway when and where required for team and client meetings.
