Digital Account Manager.

As Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for providing a holistic view of our clients’ online presence; developing and assisting with the execution of marketing plans to support their sales objectives; and grow strategic B2B accounts’ sales pipeline for several clients across a wide range of B2B industries.

You will support the digital and client services teams in developing integrated digital strategies, client growth plans and digital design solutions to help our clients best navigate and capitalise on digital opportunities.

The successful candidate will have hands on experience in performance and data analytics, and extensive experience in auditing the digital landscape with a view to creating and implementing digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business goals and marketing objectives, and translate them into online objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Audit and understand client data to determine current online positioning with a view to gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans, using tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics etc.
  • Creation of strong, compelling, and strategic recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey and being able to define the role of digital as part of the client strategy.
  • Partner with Client Marketing Managers, Head of Digital and other related team members to develop and communicate successful strategies and tactics across online platforms and establish best-in-class planning templates.
  • Working with website team to ensure customer journeys are clear, consistent, and optimised.

Professional Skills & Competencies:

  • An affinity and active interest in translating historical and live digital performance into clear, actionable insights and recommendations which will improve future planning.
  • A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies.
  • Digital is your first language: Have proven analytical skills with competency in reporting, performance metrics, paid, social, and organic media channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • A proven ability to work well with multiple stakeholders across the business.


  • 3+ years working in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience with creating client strategy, communication, and proactive account performance troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience with planning and implementing successful SEM, SEO and Content strategies.
