As Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for analysing, monitoring, and optimising websites and digital strategies for a number of clients across a wide range of predominantly B2B industries throughout Ireland and across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business goals and marketing objectives, and translate them into online objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Audit and understand client data to determine current online positioning with a view to gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans, using tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics etc.
  • Creation of strong, compelling, and strategic recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey and being able to define the role of digital as part of the client strategy.
  • Partner with Client Marketing Managers, Head of Digital and other related team members to develop and communicate successful strategies and tactics across online platforms and establish best-in-class planning templates.
  • Assist in the auditing, planning, oversight, and in some cases implementation of Digital Marketing Campaigns including but not limited to; SEO, Content, PPC, SEM, Social etc.
  • Work with the website team to ensure customer journeys are clear, consistent, and optimised.
  • Maintain a highly organised and efficient digital marketing implementation process.
  • Through Google Analytics and other relevant tools, monitor and measure the performance of the websites, campaigns, competitors, and other goals.
  • Provide the information in clear and concise reports through both manual reporting and Google Data Studio creation.

Professional Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands on experience with SEO, SEM, and Social Media advertising
  • An affinity and active interest in translating historical and live digital performance into clear, actionable insights and recommendations which will improve future planning.
  • A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies.
  • Digital is your first language: Have proven analytical skills with competency in reporting, performance metrics, paid, social, and organic media channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • A proven ability to work well with multiple stakeholders across the business.

Experience:

  • 3+ years working in Search Engine Marketing, Performance Strategy, SEO, or similar role.
  • Proven experience with creating client strategy, communication, and proactive account performance troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience with planning and implementing successful SEM, SEO and Content strategies.

  • Flexible – happy to invite candidates based anywhere in Ireland who are interested in remote working but have the ability to attend occasional meetings in our office in Oranmore where required.
