As Digital Performance Specialist you will be responsible for analysing, monitoring and optimising websites for a number of clients across a wide range of B2B and B2C industries throughout Ireland and across the globe.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Search Engine Optimisation

    • Assisting with the development of SEO strategy.
    • Maintaining a highly organised and efficient digital marketing implementation process.
    • Work closely with your manager, marketing colleagues, and other departments to create compelling and impactful content that articulates the clients’ core proposition.
    • Relentlessly drive search optimisations by producing strategic web copy that will maximise conversion rate and user experience.
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimisation

    Tracking and Measurement

    • Track digital activities impacts on sales, revenue per customer and use data insights to develop rationale to support initiatives, engage relevant stakeholders and aid decision making
    • Through Google Analytics and other relevant tools, monitor and measure the performance of the websites, campaigns, competitors, and other goals.
    • Provide the information in clear and concise reports through both manual reporting and Google Data Studio creation.

    Professional Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven track record in developing and implementing Digital Marketing and E-commerce strategies.
    • Knowledge of website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
    • Proficiency in content management systems and copywriting in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
    • A deep passion for the customer and knowledge of how both traditional and digital touchpoints drives across the entire Path to Purchase
    • Strong skills in Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Tag Manager
    • Working experience of popular SEO tools e.g. SEMRush
    • Working experience of popular CMSs e.g. WordPress, Magento, Shopify.
    • Good understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive design and coding best practices
    • Passionate about all things digital

    Experience:

    • 4+ years working in Search Engine Marketing, Performance Strategy, SEO, or similar role.
    • Proven experience with planning and implementing successful SEM, SEO and Content strategies
