Digital Account Manager.

We’re looking for a forward-thinking digital specialist to come and join our growing team. As a Digital Account Manager,  you will be responsible for analysing, monitoring and optimising websites and digital strategies across some of Ireland’s largest B2B companies within industries such as engineering, tech, construction, medtech, agritech and many more. We are looking for someone with broad digital experience, but who feels especially comfortable in the SEO space, knowing exactly what a client will need in terms of technical SEO and ongoing strategy. You will get excited at the prospect of doing deep cross-channel competitor analysis and helping to educate clients on digital growth opportunities, constantly thinking outside of the box.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business goals and marketing objectives, and translate them into online objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Assist in the auditing, planning, oversight, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to; SEO, Content, Social, Email Marketing and Website Optimisation.
  • Assisting in the development and curation of engaging content for our clients across a range of industries.
  • Assisting with the management of multiple client social media platforms and pages.
  • Audit and understand client data to determine current online positioning with a view to gathering data to develop well-informed plans, using tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics etc.
  • Creation of strong, compelling, and strategic recommendations on how digital channels, particularly content, SEO & social can be used to integrate the consumer journey.
  • Partner with Client Marketing Managers, Senior Digital Account Managers and other related team members to develop and communicate successful strategies and tactics across online platforms and establish best-in-class planning templates.
  • Work with the website team to ensure customer journeys are clear, consistent, and optimised.
  • Through Google Analytics and other relevant tools, monitor and measure the performance of the websites, campaigns, competitors, and other goals.
  • Provide the information in clear and concise reports through both manual reporting and Google Data Studio creation.

Professional Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and Social Media marketing and a knowledge of how SEM and Paid Social fit into an overall strategy.
  • An affinity and active interest in translating historical and live digital performance into clear, actionable insights and recommendations which will improve future planning.
  • A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • A proven ability to work well with multiple stakeholders across the business.

Experience:

  • 3+ years working in SEO, or as a Digital Marketing Executive who would like to take a step up in their career.
  • Proven experience with creating client strategy, communication, and proactive account performance troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience with planning and implementing successful SEO and Content strategies.
