The team at IMS Marketing were delighted to be selected as a finalist under not just one, but two categories.. This is an incredible achievement and a real testament to our hardworking and dedicated team.
The company is undergoing substantial growth and employs 20 people from our Galway office. With ambitions plans for the future, our team is set to grow significantly over 2020 and beyond.
Overall the 2020 awards have seen 41 companies selected as finalists across 9 categories. With 12 counties being represented. The SFA (Small Firms Association) sets out to acknowledge and recognise small businesses around Ireland and their contribution to the Irish economy. Small firms like ourselves at IMS Marketing make an important contribution to local communities around the country and are a fantastic boost for the economy as a whole.
Winners will be announced at a gala awards ceremony in the RDS on 12th of March 2020.
Speaking about the awards, Sue O’Neil from the SFA said “The response to the awards programme serves as a reminder that small Irish companies are resilient, putting their best foot forward and seeking recognition for their efforts.”
“The SFA National Small Business Awards are now entering their sixteenth year and are a celebration of small business owners who in the past five years created over 75,000 jobs. The 267,000 small firms in Ireland employ half of the private sector workforce and these awards aim to promote excellence, achievement and innovation amongst these companies in all sectors and parts of the country. The companies that have been announced as finalists this year represent all that is good about small business” said O’Neill.
