Enterprise Ireland Online Retail Scheme 

Enterprise Ireland regularly launch calls for their Online Retail Scheme programme. The fund is an excellent support for Irish retailers in driving online business and offers up to 80% funding with a maximum grant of €64,000.

For clients who have already availed of the fund, they can apply again and benefit from 50% funding from Enterprise Ireland.

Be Prepared

Evaluate if your business is eligible to apply for the online retail scheme:

  • Irish owned business
  • 10 or more full time employees
  • Have an existing online presence i.e. website or social media pages
  • Operate predominately from a retail outlet where majority of revenue is derived
  • Can illustrate future ambition to export
  • Full eligibility criteria here

Costs

  • 1st time applicants: Businesses will be awarded funding to support a maximum of 80% of the project costs.
  • This means you when you spend the full grant entitlement of €80,000 you can claim back €64,000 from Enterprise Ireland.
  • A net cost of €16,000 to your business.
  • 2nd or 3rd time applicants can avail of 50% funding.
  • Proposed expenditure must be a minimum of €20,000.
