The Brief

IMS were challenged with the development of a pan-European PPC strategy that would deliver consistent lead generation and a return on investment for the company.

The challenge was complex given the number of international markets, product lines and integrations required with CRM and Marketing Automation tools. Strong project management skills were also required due to the multinational nature of the company’s sales and marketing offices.

We were responsible for all aspects of campaign planning and execution. This included landing page design and development (via Hubspot), sales lead integrations (via Salesforce), full Google Adwords campaign set-up and management and Google Analytics reporting. Marketing Automation was also part of the overall campaign that we managed and we were responsible for the planning of lead flows and e-mail nurture campaigns. Finally, we ran a number of successful Google Retargeting campaigns over the lifetime of the project.

The Results

We were challenged to demonstrate continuous improvement and return on investment by our client. After 9 months we were were highly successful and demonstrated a 66% increase in lead generation coupled with a 78% reduction in cost per lead. Organic website traffic in the same period grew by 132% with a significant increase in leads. Overall, the campaign generated a 450% return on investment for our client.
